Today, for St. Matthew’s Day, we started by learning how to make God’s eyes using wool and lollipop sticks. We worked together with Miss Tyrer and Year 6. At first, we thought it was very hard but then we got the hang of it and they look fabulous.
In the afternoon, we went onto the meadows to do litter picking so that we could help the community. We took our litter pickers and bin bags and managed to find loads of litter. We found it disgusting and vile that there was so much dirt and litter on the meadows.
The day was really fun. We never let our community down.
Happy St. Matthew’s Day!
